    Position: Automotive Technician, Weissach LP – Lamborghini

    Location: Calgary

    Weissach LP is based in Vancouver and Calgary, representing Lamborghini, Lotus, Bugatti and Koenigsegg and RUF automobiles.  We are also Canada’s largest independent Porsche Store.

The longevity of our business is built on honesty, integrity and performing above and beyond expectations.  We are currently looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician with an exceptional track record, to join our team in Calgary.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Lamborghini guidelines
    • Inform Service Adviser of vehicle maintenance/repair requirements and assist in the development of an effective customer consultation
    • Communicate when repairs are finished and ensure that repair stories are complete, well written and include a properly documented complaint, cause and correction story
    • Check and verify parts before installation
    • Assist in general housekeeping of the workshop

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma and/or post-secondary diploma/degree in Automotive Repairs
    • Automotive Service Technician Licence
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technician (including apprenticeship)
    • In depth knowledge of and background in technical diagnosis and repair as well as electrical systems
    • European car / LAMBORGHINI / Audi product knowledge
    • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to write a story clearly and concisely
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
    • Highly self-motivated, committed team-player with the desire to learn
    • Willing to learn as a part of further personal development
    • Computer Skills: Outlook, Internet applications, Work Instruction/Information System
    • A/C licence is an asset
    • European car experience preferred (Audi- Porsche- MB – BMW).

    Position: Automotive Reception / Customer Service Representative, Lamborghini Calgary

    We have an opportunity for a professional, self-starter with impeccable integrity and business acumen to join our Calgary team as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.  At Lamborghini Calgary, our focus is professionalism and efficiency to give both customers and guests the “WOW” experience that we are known for.  In this role, you will be the ambassador of our brand.

    Key Activities

    Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of reception including answering phones, greeting clients, assisting with Aftersales, and being the front-runner for Lamborghini’s clothing and accessories sales department.  You establish a rapport with clients and will be able to manage client expectations with ease.

    You will also have an active involvement in our marketing and events, by coordinating local events, and for our online digital strategy, along other administrative responsibilities to support the marketing team.  Reporting to the Sales Manager for Lamborghini, and working closely with the Sales, and Service and Parts team, this is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the luxury automobile sector.

    Reception

    • Welcome clients as brand ambassador and create the first impression
    • Oversee the reception areas phone calls/emails
    • Assist with all internal departments correspondence
    • Assist with daily sales and deposits

    Marketing and Event Assistance

    • Coordinate local events with the Vancouver marketing team
    • Collaborate with our Vancouver-based marketing team to field all inquiries
    • Manage on the ground activities, and implement our overall events strategy
    • Oversee the sales, display, promotion and management of our Lamborghini merchandise while liaising with our Parts Manager for any custom orders
    • Collaborate with the Vancouver Marketing Team, to support our Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Google+ accounts to implement our digital marketing initiatives.

    Administrative Assistance

    • Input client information using multiple CRM systems and manage client communication
    • Assist the General Sales Manager and Lamborghini team with administrative support
    • Manage all daily cash out procedures for the showroom
    • Assist the accounting department with sending/receiving statements
    • Opening and closing procedures as it relates to reconciling deposits and accounts
    • Manage petty cash and expense reconciliation, and other accounting related tasks given

    Skills and Experience
    You have a positive and vibrant attitude to welcome visitors the Lamborghini showroom and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.  In addition to a minimum of 2 years of experience in reception and administration, you have

    • Strong organizational skills and a superb attention to detail
    • Administrative and time management experience
    • Strong customer service skills including professional phone and email etiquette
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Highly professional demeanor reflective of the Lamborghini brand
    • Experience with social media marketing is an asset
    • Creativity and innovation for coordinating events and event planning experience is considered an asset
    • Experience in the sports and luxury dealership environment and clothing merchandising (ordering, merchandising and sales) is an asset

    We have an opportunity available to join the team as Detailer for our luxury brand. As the Detailer for Lamborghini Calgary you are responsible for internal and external detailing of all luxury vehicles at our dealership.  Ensuring cars are inspected, cleaned, and presented at peak form to the customer for purchase and after sales service.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overseeing the arrival of new cars from the factory, initial inspections for damage, paint, floors, etc.
    • Conduct internal and external detailing of all cars
    • Wash and dry vehicles using cleaning solution, water and cloths, apply wax, sealant and clear coat protection
    • Polish, wet sand and apply paint correction
    • Cut, polish and finish polish vehicles
    • Clean and refurbish new and used vehicles
    • Apply wax to auto body, and wipe/buff surfaces to protect and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine
    • Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using vacuum cleaner
    • Clean upholstery, rugs and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
    • Inspect car before handing over to customer to ensure our retail standards are met

    Skills and Experience

    As Auto Detailer, you have a minimum of 1 year experience in luxury car detailing and the motivation to provide an exceptional customer experience, as part of the service team that delivers our brand standards.  In addition to being conscientious and reliable, you will have:

    • Strong product knowledge, and a professional demeanor
    • High attention to detail and ability to organize your work
    • A strong work ethic and dedication to the team
    • Experience working in customer service
    • Knowledge of safe work procedures (WHMIS)
    • Computer literacy for MS Office and other industry programs
    • Valid driver’s license required and the ability to drive a standard (manual transmission)

    Work Environment

    • Requires lifting with assistance of up to 20lbs
    • Manual labour and working in outdoor conditions required
